French on Wheels
French on Wheels is an exciting programme offered by the Alliance Française and available for French classes in the private and Government schools.
Students and their French teacher participate in an exciting three (3) hour excursion based on a theme and animated by a trained French teacher.
The programme was originally designed by the Ministry of Tourism and offered students and their teachers the opportunity to learn French in an exciting environment in the form of an outing/field trip.
The Ministry approached the Alliance on offering the programme when it was discontinued on their end due to the Alliance's expertise in French. The Alliance is honoured to continue this venture with the youth of the Bahamas.

A Morning at the Market

Visit of a typical Bahamian market.
Students and their French teacher are picked up at school by the French bus. They are welcomed by their "guide"/animateur in French. The bus leaves the school at 9:30, en route for the market.
Activities are conducted in French and students learn vocabulary and participate in word games and songs relating to the market theme and items which are found on site.
All visits are conducted by native or bilingual French speakers/teachers.

Visit of the Adastra Gardens and Zoo
